At Franch Coffee, we take pride in providing freshly roasted coffee straight from our farm to your cup. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we process and deliver your order.
Processing Time
All orders are roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. Please allow 1–3 business days for roasting and preparation before your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer the following shipping options:

Order Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Franch Coffee is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means reshipping or refunding your order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
