Return Policy
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase from Franch Coffee Roasters. In the event where you desire to return an item, we have a few guidelines to help you through the process.
Coffee Returns
Because the coffee we sell is classified as a food product, we will not be able to accept returns on any of our roasted coffee.Â
We roast our coffee in house weekly to ensure we are providing the freshest roasted coffee beans possible. All of our coffee goes through various roasting profiles (test profiles) before the perfect one is chosen to highlight that coffee’s uniqueness, such as flavors, body and roast levels. Coffee can have significantly different tastes and flavors, just based on types of water used, brewing technique, the size of your grinds and date of grinding can have a significant impact on the outcome of your cup, so we encourage customers to grind their coffee immediately before brewing whenever possible. Just as a helpful hint, Burr Grinders are highly recommended.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your roasted coffee choice, please contact us so we can help you choose a coffee that better fits your taste preferences and ensure you’re getting the best out of your brew.
Shipping Damages & Incorrect Orders
We ask that you inspect your package upon arrival as soon as possible. If your package was damaged, please email franchcoffeeroasters@gmail.com  with photos and the amount of product lost, and we will work with you on resolving the situation. If your order was incorrect or missing product, please contact us at franchcoffeeroasters@gmail.com and we will work with you on resolving the issue right away.
